General assemblies were completed in Eurasia, Dams, Marmara, Central Black Sea, Western Anatolia and Western Black Sea branches of Türk Enerji-Sen between October 10-12, 2025. New branch presidents (İsmail Çetin, Reyhan Aydı, Burhan Turan etc.) were elected in the congresses attended by General President Şuayip Deniz Demir.
ANKARA - In Türk Enerji-Sen, which fights for the union rights of public employees, branch general assemblies continue with great participation and at an intense pace. The union, which completed its congresses in six different branches between October 10-12, 2025, determined the branch presidents and administrations to serve in the new period.
The top management of the union actively participated in the congress process. President Şuayip Deniz Demir, together with Vice Presidents Ahmet Çağlaroğlu and Celal Burak Oğuzhan, especially attended the General Assembly of the Marmara Branch.
In the Marmara Branch Congress, where emotional moments were experienced, Ersin İlçin, who has been the branch president for a long time, handed over the flag to İsmail Çetin. In his speech to the delegates, President Şuayip Deniz Demir emphasized the critical role of trade unionism in improving the quality of public services and wished success to all newly elected administrations. Demir also stated that public trade unionism, beyond protecting the rights of employees working in strategic sectors such as energy and mining, has the responsibility to support national energy policies.
After the general assemblies, the new branch presidents and administrations of the six major branches of Türk Enerji-Sen are as follows:

Turk Enerji-Sen Headquarters has conveyed its wishes of success to all branch presidents and board members who have completed their congresses and taken office, in their struggle for the rights of public servants working in the energy and mining sectors. It is stated that the branch congresses will strengthen the institutional structure of the union and prepare the ground for the union to be more prepared for the upcoming collective bargaining processes.
