Türk Enerji Sen Delegation Visited TSE President Mahmut Sami Şahin and Secretary General Aykut Kırbaş

Ankara - A delegation led by Türk Enerji Sen President Şuayip Deniz Demir visited the President of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) Mr. Mahmut Sami Şahin and TSE Secretary General Mr. Aykut Kırbaş. The visit was considered an important step in strengthening union cooperation and maintaining inter-institutional dialogue.

First Congratulatory Visit After General Assembly: Collaboration Messages

The delegation consisting of Şuayip Deniz Demir, President of Türk Enerji Sen, Vice Presidents Ahmet Çağlaroğlu and Cihangir Hulusi Gök and TSE workplace chief representative Güvenç Güven conveyed their wishes of "good luck" to Mahmut Sami Şahin, who was re-elected as the president of the Turkish Standards Institute by renewing confidence in the last general assembly. During the visit, President Demir wished Şahin success in his new term of office and expressed Türk Enerji Sen's support for the work of the organization and its readiness for cooperation.

The importance of standardization processes in the energy sector, the development of occupational health and safety standards, and the protection of the rights and interests of employees in this field were discussed during the meeting. The delegation of Türk Enerji Sen emphasized the critical importance of TSE's national and international activities for the national economy and industry.

TSE Secretary General Aykut Kırbaş was also visited

After a productive meeting with TSE President Mahmut Sami Şahin, the Türk Enerji Sen delegation also visited TSE Secretary General Mr. Aykut Kırbaş in his office. In this meeting, in addition to union activities, TSE's operational processes and future projects were discussed. Secretary General Kırbaş expressed his satisfaction with the visit and emphasized the importance of the contribution of trade unions to the development of organizations and the welfare of employees.

The overall aim of the visit was to consolidate the existing good relations between the Turkish Standards Institution and Türk Enerji Sen, to identify areas of joint work, and to find joint solutions to improve the working conditions of union members and compliance with standards. Both sides noted that such visits strengthen inter-institutional communication and increase mutual understanding.
