ANKARA - Türk Eğitim-Sen has achieved a significant success in its quality management efforts with the aim of maintaining service quality and keeping the satisfaction of its members at the highest level. The 2025 surveillance audit of the TS EN ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System, which the union has been successfully implementing since 2004, was successfully completed by Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) auditors.
Turk Eğitim-Sen, with the active participation of management and employees, continues to continuously improve quality management in a way that meets legal regulations and standards, taking into account internal and external issues, employee expectations, and risks and opportunities related to the improvement of processes. In this context, the union considers keeping the satisfaction of its members at the highest level and providing opinions and suggestions on the National Education System as one of its main missions.
In today's surveillance audit, TSE Chief Auditor Reşit Yazıcıoğlu and Candidate Auditor Serap Özsoy declared that Türk Eğitim-Sen has successfully implemented the quality management system, that the senior management supports the system and that the staff is fully aware of the system. These findings were a concrete indicator of the importance the union attaches to service quality and its continuous improvement efforts in this field.
Turkish Education and Training Union (Eğitim-Sen) expressed its gratitude to the Central Executive Board for their commitment to the successful execution of the process and to all union staff for their devoted work. Special thanks were also given to TSE Chief Auditor Reşit Yazıcıoğlu and Candidate Auditor Serap Özsoy for the successful audit process.
This achievement has once again confirmed Türk Eğitim-Sen's commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of services provided to its members at international standards.
