New Era in Social Responsibility from TISK: Common Tomorrows Award Program Started, Main Theme "Working Life in the New World"

ISTANBUL - Applications for the Common Tomorrows Award Program, which is traditionally organized by the Confederation of Turkish Employers' Associations (TISK) to raise awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and reward projects that benefit the country, have started. The main theme of this year's program, carried out with the support of the TISK Microsurgery Foundation, was determined as "Working Life in the New World", focusing on the rapid change in the business world.

Applications Continue Until October 31

In the written statement made by TISK, it was emphasized that increasing the visibility of social responsibility projects and reaching good practices to larger masses is very valuable. Institutions will be able to apply digitally with their innovative ideas and projects until 31 October 2025 via https://www.ortakyarinlar.com/.

TISK stated that the program, which is carried out with the motto "Common Tomorrows are Possible Together", aims to raise awareness in the field of corporate social responsibility and encourage institutions in this regard.

Artificial Intelligence, Triple Transformation and Next Generation Work Models to Compete

This year's award program will highlight innovative projects that approach changes and transformations in working life from a social responsibility perspective. In the competition especially;

• Projects reflecting new generation perspectives,

• Solutions powered by artificial intelligence,

• Initiatives that prepare the workforce for the future with a focus on the Triple Transformation (green, digital and social transformation)

• Ideas that emphasize new generation working models will be evaluated.

Projects will be discussed in six different sub-categories: "Together Possible, Diversity and Inclusion, Digitalization, Green Transformation, Tomorrow of Our Work and Occupational Health and Safety."

Evaluation Process and Public Vote

After the application process is completed, the technical jury will evaluate the projects. The finalist projects will be selected in November and will be presented to the main jury members from the worlds of business, art, media and academia. As a traditional part of the program, the finalist projects will also be opened to public voting.

According to the information provided by TISK, nearly 100,000 public votes were cast in the Common Tomorrows Award Program in the last 6 years. Last year, nearly 300 projects applied to the program organized with the theme "Future of Working Life" and 26 projects received awards.

After the completion of all evaluation processes, organizations that are committed to social responsibility will receive their awards at a ceremony to be held in December.

Open Participation and Environmental Sensitivity

The program is open to applications from all institutions and organizations, including public institutions, non-governmental organizations, companies, educational institutions, foundations and associations.

TISK offers the opportunity to donate saplings to the "Partner in Green" campaign, which is implemented in cooperation with the Tohum-Education, Culture and Nature Association this year within the scope of the program carried out on a voluntary basis. The saplings created with the donations made by the institutions will take their place in the Common Tomorrows Memorial Forest.
