TES-İŞ Sivas Branch held its 13th Ordinary General Assembly: Hakan Korkmaz Elected President

SIVAS - Turkish Energy, Water and Gas Workers Union (TES-İŞ) Sivas Branch held its 13th Ordinary General Assembly on September 6, 2025. As a result of the elections held at the general assembly, Hakan Korkmaz was elected as the Branch President.

General Assembly Attendance

The 13th Ordinary General Assembly of the Sivas Branch was attended by Vice Presidents Hüseyin Özil, Naif Balandi and Fatih Tülek from TES-İŞ Headquarters, as well as presidents and executives of other branches of the union, delegates and many members.

As a result of the elections, the new management, audit and disciplinary boards of Sivas Branch were also determined. The Branch Board of Directors chaired by Hakan Korkmaz consisted of the following names:

• Hakan Korkmaz (Branch President)

• Sedat Çelik (Branch General Secretary)

• Onur Başköy (Branch Financial Secretary)

• Orhan Polat (Branch Organization Secretary)

• Yavuz Çetin (Branch Education Secretary)

The members of the Supervisory Board are Serdar Karagözoğlu, Sezgin Kangal, Önal Onur Gölbaşı, while the members of the Disciplinary Board are Tuncay Subaşı, Orhan Oflaz and Soner Emek.

TES-İŞ Union Headquarters wished the general assembly to bring auspicious results to the organization and working life and wished success to the new executives elected to office.
