Collective Labor Agreement Success from TES-İŞ Union: Agreements in 6 Institutions

ANKARA - The Turkish Energy, Water and Gas Workers Union (TES-İŞ) has concluded collective bargaining negotiations with State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Turkish Electricity Transmission Company (TEİAŞ), Electricity Generation Company (EÜAŞ), Turkish Electricity Distribution Company (TEDAŞ) and Iller Bank (İLBANK). The union announced this important achievement to its members with a signing ceremony on September 2, 2025.

Agreement Minutes Signed After Negotiations

As a result of the intensive work carried out by TES-İŞ Union with the officials of the Turkish Heavy Industry and Service Sector Public Employers' Union (TÜHİS), the minutes of the agreement were signed at the meeting attended by all relevant parties. The meeting was attended by TÜHİS Secretary General Adnan Çiçek and senior executives of the institutions, as well as TES-İŞ Union President İrfan Kabaloğlu and union executives.

It was stated that the texts of the signed collective labor agreement will be delivered to the members through the branch presidencies of the union after the signature process is completed. TES-İŞ wished this agreement to be beneficial to the union members and its organization.
