Petrol-İş Union signed a new collective labor agreement at BOTAŞ International (BİL). The agreement includes improvements in the rights of BİL employees.

Petrol-Is Union Signs Collective Labor Agreement at BİL Plant

ANKARA - Petrol-İş Union signed a new term collective bargaining agreement at BOTAŞ International Anonim Şirketi (BİL) General Directorate, where Ankara, Adana, Adıyaman, Batman and Kırıkkale branches are organized. On September 4, 2025, union and employer representatives came together at the signing ceremony.

Wide Signing Ceremony

Süleyman Akyüz, General Secretary Ahmet Baranlı and General Management Secretary Ali Haluk Koşar attended the signing meeting. Representing the employer side were M. Talha Pamukçu, General Manager of BİL, Adnan Çiçek, Secretary General of the Turkish Heavy Industry and Service Sector Public Employers' Union (TÜHİS) and Hasan Yılmaz, Deputy Secretary General of TÜHİS. In addition, the executives, CBA Experts and representatives of the branches organized in BİL Enterprise were also present at the ceremony.

Petrol-Is Union wished that the signed collective bargaining agreement would be beneficial to the parties, the union organization and all members working in BİL Enterprise. This agreement envisages significant improvements in the working conditions and social rights of BİL employees.
