Koop-İş Union and Erciyes University signed a new term collective labor agreement concerning employees. The agreement is expected to provide improvements in the rights of members.
ANKARA - The new term collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between Koop-İş Union and Erciyes University, which concerns union members, was signed at a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Turkish Heavy Industry and Service Sector Public Employers' Union (TÜHİS). This agreement envisages significant improvements in the rights of Koop-İş members working at Erciyes University.
Contract negotiations and signing ceremony were held at TÜHİS Headquarters. Deputy Secretary General Aytuğ Balaman and CBA Specialist Abdurrahman Tatlıpınar attended the meeting on behalf of Koop-İş Union. Deputy Secretary General Şerefettin Güler, Senior Specialist Ahmet Sarıkaya and Specialist Fahriye Arıkan Yılmaz were present on behalf of the employer union TÜHİS.
The signing of the contract after the agreement reached at the CBA table shows that the long-standing negotiations have been completed in a positive way.
