Koop-İş Union and Karabük University signed a collective labor agreement covering the 2nd term of the union. The signing ceremony took place at TÜHİS Headquarters and was attended by officials from the union and the university administration.
ANKARA - Koop-İş Union has signed a new collective bargaining agreement with Karabük University covering the 2nd term of the union. The signing ceremony, which took place at the headquarters of the Turkish Heavy Industry and Service Sector Public Employers' Union (TÜHİS), marked an important milestone for both parties.
Secretary General Metin Güney and other executives represented Koop-İş Union at the signing ceremony, while Karabük University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Solmaz and his delegation were present on the employer's side. TÜHİS Deputy Secretary General Şerefettin Güler was also present at the ceremony.
This collective labor agreement aims to improve the rights and working conditions of Koop-İş members working at Karabük University. The officials who attended the signing ceremony wished the new contract to be beneficial for all parties.
