Eğitim-Sen organized an organizing workshop at its headquarters, which continued with the panel "What Should We Transform in Union Organizing?". The future of the trade union movement was discussed at the workshop.
ANKARA - Education and Science Workers' Union (Eğitim-Sen) organized an organizing workshop at the Headquarters Conference Hall to determine the union's organizing strategies and vision for the future. The workshop aims to assess the current state of the union and the need for transformation.
General President Kemal Irmak, who made the opening speech of the workshop, made a general evaluation of the union and emphasized the importance of organizing activities. General Organizing Secretary İzzet İldeş presented the program.
The workshop continued with a panel titled "What Should We Transform in Union Organizing?". In the panel moderated by Secretary General Zülküf Güneş, expert opinions on union organizing were presented. Speakers Prof. Dr. Adnan Gümüş, Dr. Onur Can Taştan and Dr. Aykut Günel discussed the challenges facing the union movement and the steps that need to be taken to overcome these challenges.
