Responding to Individual Demands with Service Line Specific Gains
One of the most remarkable achievements of the Office Civil Servants' Union (Büro Memur-Sen) has been the concrete improvements that addressed the specific demands of clerical, banking and insurance employees in different institutions. When the detailed list of achievements is examined, it is seen that the union brought the problems of each unit to the table separately. Some of the highlights are as follows:

In addition, it was decided that the overtime wages of the employees of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of the Ministry of Interior, the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, the SSI and the Revenue Administration would be paid with an increase and the annual hour limits would be raised.
Special Service Compensation and Additional Payments: Significant increases were introduced to the special service compensation and additional payment rates of personnel in various titles such as bailiffs, bailiffs, minutes clerks, research assistants and specialists. The payment of justice services compensation to the personnel working in courthouses at different rates according to regions was maintained.
Gains in Other Institutions: The overtime and additional payment rates of personnel working in dormitories under the Ministry of Youth and Sports and 112 Emergency Call Centers were increased. Overtime wages of civil servants working in the General Directorate of Security, Ministry of National Defense and governorships have been increased.
Benefits for All Public Servants with Gains from the General
In addition to its own branch of service, the Office Civil Servants' Union has achieved important gains in general. These gains also directly benefit civil servants in other service branches. Among these items are significant increases in special service compensation for branch managers and deputy branch managers, special service compensation for auxiliary services personnel for the first time, and increases in additional payments for general administrative services personnel such as civil servants and VHKI.
Significant improvements were also made in the additional payments and compensation of chiefs and supervisors, protection and security officers, public lawyers, technicians and technicians, engineers and architects, programmers and analysts.
"Continuing to be the Center of Trust"
This comprehensive success is considered as an indication of how effective Büro Memur-Sen plays in the negotiation process and how decisively it defends the rights of its members. The union thanked its members with a text and gave the message that it will continue to achieve new gains for public servants in the future.
