Türk Kültür Sanat-Sen brought the demands of Culture and Arts Service Branch employees to the table within the scope of the 8th Term Collective Bargaining Negotiations. The union announced that it is waging a determined struggle for the rights of public servants.
ANKARA - Negotiations for the 8th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, which will determine the financial and social rights of public servants, continue at full speed at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Türk Kültür Sanat-Sen took part in the negotiations to protect the demands and labor of the employees in its service branch.
Turk Kültür Sanat-Sen President Uğur Yıldırım, Vice Presidents and the technical committee met with the public employer delegation and brought the demands of the union to the table item by item. Önder Kahveci, President of the Public Sector Union of Turkey, also attended the meeting and supported the union's stance.
"We will continue to be the voice of art, culture and labor, and to struggle to realize the expectations of our public servants with determination, tirelessly and tirelessly," the statement said, emphasizing the union's determination in this process. It was stated that the negotiations were carried out with an understanding that values the demands and labor of public servants.
Turk Kültür Sanat-Sen aims to achieve concrete gains at the collective bargaining table on issues such as improving the personal rights of employees in the Culture and Arts Service Branch, additional payments and improving working conditions. It was stated that the negotiations will continue in the following days and the developments achieved in this process will be shared with the public.
