Official Gazette Today (July 29, 2025): Constitutional Court Decisions Published

Ankara - Official Gazette dated July 29, 2025 and numbered 32970 has been published. In today's issue, new regulations and important amendments especially for the application and research centers of universities attract attention. • Regulation Amending the Regulation on Advanced Engineering Studies Application and Research Center of TOBB University of Economics and Technology: Amendments have been made to the regulation of the Advanced Engineering Studies Application and Research Center of TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU). Judicial Section: Two Important Individual Application Decisions by the Constitutional Court

Two new individual application decisions of the Constitutional Court (AYM) were published in the Judicial Section of the Official Gazette. These decisions are important for the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and the functioning of the rule of law:
