• Selçuk University Faculty of Law Education and Examination Regulations Amendment: The amendments to the Faculty of Law's regulations update the definitions of "semester of education," "elective course," and "compulsory course," and set minimum course weeks for the academic year and each semester. The Regulation also includes important updates to the structure of the education program, the principles for taking elective courses, and the conditions for three course exams and make-up exams.

• Selçuk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Education and Examination Regulation Amendment: Similarly, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has granted students who have three courses remaining for graduation the right to take a "three-course exam" and rearranged the conditions regarding graduation dates.

These changes are steps to help universities support student success and make academic processes more flexible.

JUDICIAL SECTION: CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

The judicial section of the Official Gazette hosted important decisions of the Constitutional Court. Especially the decisions regarding the financial audits of political parties attracted attention:

• Financial Audits of the Iyi Parti: With its decisions dated March 27, 2025, the Constitutional Court examined the final accounts of the Iyi Parti for 2018 (E: 2019/50, K: 2025/11) and 2019 (E: 2020/61, K: 2025/12). As a result of the audits, it was concluded that the party's income and expenditure figures for both years were accurate, balanced and in compliance with the Law No. 2820 on Political Parties. With these unanimous decisions, the court announced that it had found no irregularities in the party's finances.

• Other Financial Audit Decisions: In addition, other political party financial audit decisions of the Constitutional Court numbered 2021/2 (Political Party Financial Audit), 2021/4 (Political Party Financial Audit), 2021/29 (Political Party Financial Audit) and dated March 27, 2025 were published.

• Decision on Individual Application: The Official Gazette also published the Constitutional Court's decision on individual application dated November 21, 2024 and numbered 2020/9066.
