September 16, 2025 What's in the Official Gazette? New Decisions and Regulation Amendments

ANKARA - With the decisions, regulations and communiqués published in the Official Gazette dated September 16, 2025 and numbered 33019, important administrative and legal regulations entered into force. In this issue of the Official Gazette, the decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, amendments to various regulations and the promotion decisions of local administrative chiefs stand out.

Executive and Administrative Department

• Decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors: Several decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors were published in the Official Gazette. It is estimated that these decisions are related to the current regulations and appointments in the judicial system.

• Regulation Amendments:

  • Regulation Amending the Regulation on Construction Site Supervisors: New regulations have been introduced regarding the authorities and responsibilities of construction site supervisors working in the construction sector.

  • Regulation Amending the Regulation on Classification and Registration of Building Contractors: Updates were made in the classification and registration systems of building contractors.

  • Regulation Amending the Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism: Amendments were made to the regulation regulating the disciplinary processes within the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

  • Regulation Amending the Regulation on the General Safety and Construction Specifications of Motor Vehicles and Their Trailers and Components, Systems and Separate Technical Units Designed for Them (EU/2021/535): Amendments were made within the framework of harmonization with the European Union legislation on the safety and technical specifications of motor vehicles.

• Decision: The decision on the promotion of 27 local administrative chiefs to First Class Local Administrative Chiefs has been published. This decision represents important promotions at administrative levels.

Correction

• The Grand General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals Unification of Jurisprudence dated 13/06/2025 and numbered E: 2023/1, K: A correction was announced regarding the Decision No. 2025/3.
