ANKARA - The Official Gazette, the official publication of the Republic of Turkey, was published today, August 9, 2025, with issue number 32981. Three Important Regulations from the Executive and Administrative Division

• Regulation on On-site Direct Current Power Supplies in Nuclear Power Plants: This regulation establishes the installation, operation, and inspection standards for direct current power supplies, which are vital for the safe and uninterrupted operation of nuclear power plants. Given the increasing investments and safety concerns in the nuclear energy sector, this regulation aims to ensure a more reliable operation of power plants.

• Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors of the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks: This regulation, which governs the disciplinary procedures for the personnel of the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, will contribute to a more transparent and fair internal process within the institution.

• Izmir Tınaztepe University Speech and Language Disorders Application and Research Center Regulation: This academic regulation outlines the framework for research and applications in the field of speech and language disorders at Izmir Tınaztepe University. The center is expected to contribute to training experts and providing services to the community in this field.

New Communiqué on Tax Regulation

Another important development published in today's Official Gazette was the General Communiqué No. 87 regarding the Property Tax Law. This communiqué announces new regulations and practices that concern property tax payers. Taxpayers are advised to carefully review the provisions of the communiqué.
