New Regulations in the Official Gazette: Comprehensive Agenda from Undocumented Workers to Tender Announcements

• Regulation on Undocumented Foreigners: The "Regulation on the Collection of Various Expenses from Employers of Foreigners Who Are Subject to Deportation Decisions Due to Unlicensed Work" came into force. The "Regulation on the Principles Regarding Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'s Exchange Activities" and the "Regulation on the Establishment, Activities, Operations, and Supervision Principles of Exchanges and Market Operators" were published. These amendments are stated to aim for more effective supervision of stock exchange activities and the regulation of market operations according to current needs.
